At COKO Jewellery, every order is prepared with care and securely packed to ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. We partner with trusted courier services to deliver a safe and seamless experience.

 

Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery is completed within 3–10 working days, depending on your location.

 

Shipping Charges

  • All orders placed on cokojewellery.com are shipped free of charge across India.

 

Courier Partners

We ship exclusively through reliable delivery partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx, Aramex, and other trusted services.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details.
  • You may also log in to your account and check your Order History for real-time updates.

 

Cancellations & Undelivered Orders

  • If your order is cancelled before shipping, or if it is lost/un-delivered to your location, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges (if prepaid).
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible (please refer to our Cancellation Policy).

 

Partial Deliveries or Damaged Parcels

In rare cases of missing items, partial deliveries, or tampered parcels, kindly notify us at support@cokojewellery.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, we may request:

  • A short written description of the issue
  • Photographs and/or video of the parcel (all sides, especially if tampered)
  • Retention of original packaging for 3–4 days in case collection is required for inspection

⚠️ Claims raised beyond 48 hours, or where the product has been used/disposed of, will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

 

Fair Usage Policy

We are committed to serving all our customers fairly. However, repeated cancellations, returns, or refusals of delivery affect our ability to serve genuine buyers.

  • Accounts with unusually high cancellations or refusals may be charged a flat delivery fee of ₹189 per order, and Cash on Delivery (COD) may be disabled for such accounts.
