COKO Jewellery – Cancellation & Modification Policy

At COKO Jewellery, each piece is meticulously handcrafted to embody timeless elegance and fine artistry. Because of the exclusivity and precision involved in crafting our jewellery, we have carefully designed our cancellation and modification policy as follows:

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are processed (packed or shipped) from our atelier.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets): Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 working days from the time of cancellation.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Since no payment is collected before delivery, no refund applies to COD cancellations.

3. Order Modifications

  • You may request changes to your shipping details or product selection before the order has been processed (packed).
  • Simply log in to your account, visit your Order History, and select Edit or Cancel Order to make updates.

4. Cancellations After Shipment

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification.
  • In keeping with our Return & Exchange Policy, we only accept return requests if the product is damaged, defective, or missing components, with proof provided through an unboxing video shared within 3 days of delivery.
